note: since the ICTY is supressing the forensic reports, and also evidently not allowing the forensic experts to grant interviews, this data is necessarily sketchy and will have to be adjusted. However, its conclusions are inescapable: NATO/KLA action caused the vast majority of civilian deaths. Also note, as more information becomes public, the tendency is for the number of civilians killed by NATO/KLA action to rise. Finally note that these figures do not include the more than 450 civilians killed by unexploded cluster bombs since June 12th, 1999.
