"Welcome to the criminalization of Christianity"

Christianity is indeed under attack by the U.S. government, which has outlawed every public symbol or expression of Christianity, as though it were an infectious disease. We now live in "those" times, revealed in Biblical prophesy. Christ's children are attacked and murdered, churches burned down, simply because the Pope made a minute reference to islam in a speech. One billion people have risen up and called for his death, and not a single Western leader has come to his defense. The enemies of Jesus Christ are legion in these days, and they are definately in the mood for a decisive battle.

I am not Catholic and would disagree with many of its doctrines, that the statement above is the truest I have read on this issue in a long time. The world needs to stand up soon, or we will know what the dark ages were all about first hand.

To be fair, German Chancellor Angela Merkel did come out in defense of the Pope. But that's it. My respect for her has gone up greatly, while my respect for other Western "leaders" has fallen even lower. Yes, I include Pres. Bush who has been completely silent on the whole matter.
