Inherent in the statement is a comparative.
"The blacker...the sweeter"
The implication being very clear that if it is not very black, it is not very sweet
Try the same statement, substituting the word 'white'
Put it on a shirt and walk around in public, just to see how many people call you a Nazi, a racist, or worse by day's end...
Why assume otherwise - or can you simply not read?

If you're not aware, you must listen to the lyrics. The lyrics are printed on the album covers (it's the law). Of course, I'm not saying anyone should actually BUY one of these obscene albums, but since we old farts can't understand the words, reading the lyrics are the only way we are going to be made aware of how our young people are being brain washed.
The lyrics to most songs can be found on the Internet, which is a good thing.
Members of my husband's family live there. I'd call their situation lots of things, but 'surrounded by conservatives' isn't one. :(
