I ordered the video a couple of weeks ago. Last week I received this email:

We had originally hoped to have the DVD sent to you in time for the September 11th premiere. Unfortunately, due to unexpected technical difficulties, we will now be shipping your copy of Obsession by September 18th.
You can be assured that you will still be among the first to receive the special one hour version of the film.
