Since the pope is German, Germany would then commit massive amounts of forces to fight radical islam. The Italians would then vote out their leftist government and commit more forces and the french, well they would run away like usual.
There was a rock star a few years ago who was pretty much out of control when he took his substances, which was all the time. One night he was so out of control he took even more to stabilize and in that he was successful. Completely stable, forever. Whatever substance this cult is on, they are going for maximum eternal stability.
