I have always said when Katrina happened, the Feds should have handed everyone who could prove they were uprooted from the storm a $300,000 check, said "sign Here and don't come back for more." The way this is going down, every person who LIVES will get $1,000,000 or more and the city will still stink. If we gave everyone that much money in cash, 85% would be broke before the decade was up.
