MSNBC just had Russert to say the President threatened to "Scrub" the CIA interrogation program "If he does not get his way!"

A complete mischaracterization of reality.

Russert is scum! The reality is that the program would be so hampered, as to not be effective at all. not that the president is using it as political blackmail.

I think we can get a good idea of the Rat counter attack via this statement by Russert.
