Bush: In long run, to secure the border, we need a rationale work plan and treat people with dignity. Nation of immigrants and when Congress gets comprehensive bill it's impossible to find 11 million folks who are working and raising families and kick them out. Automatic citizenship won't work either. There's a rational way forward and I'd like it as soon as possible.

The intel sharing and financial information help among allies hasn't been hurt. There's a broad coalition. Most nations that recognize the threat of Iran having a nuclear weapon in the ME creates a consensus of working together.

Bush cleverly said "automatic" citizenship won't work either. He wants an "earned path" to citizenship.
They're here to stay, he just told them again it was impossible to kick them out..
