Why are members of the US Senate even considering 'a terrorist's bill of rights?
Exactly. Those Senators and Powell are not playing with a full deck on this one. This is not the traditional enemy. It's not like terrorists are going to consult the Geneva Convention rules before chopping someone's head off.
