Actually, even a BAD CONDUCT would have ended Kerry's political career. I understand Jimmy Carter had (Kerry's) records doctored.
Chances of an Officer getting a Dishonorable are pretty low.

I believe there was more than enough evidence just in photos alone to convict the guy for treason, and hang him, much less a courts martial. Sort of gives everyone thought regarding the sense of the Senate, when more than one treasonous bastard is a member of that privileged body.
