You're right, shameful it was by so many of the MSM. In my view they were so obvious that it really made people dig deeper into SBV claims. How could so many in his unit and who worked closely with Kerry have been liars and partisan when many were highly decorated officers. To make the charge that they were all liars was not only ridiculous but made people realise that the MSM were actually scoundrels willing to compromise their objectivity in order to beat Bush. I think their support for Kerry and discounting SBV actually turned a large number of Americans against the media. They continue to kill themselves.
