If there were any justice in American politics (I know, I know), Kerry would never have been elected to anything.
The fact that he isn't in federal prison still irritates me as it paved the way for others to give aid and comfort without fear of prosecution. In my day what they called treason is now a free speech issue, nothing more. It's sad.
