It is pretty simple why I have not been banned I have printed nothing contrary to the beliefs of the Founder of this Forum. Attacking moronic idiocies and there spreaders thereof certainly does not cause Jim any grief.
Why don't you ask him to ban me since you are so disturbed by my "attacks" on "conservative principles"?
It is pretty ironic to listen to your whining about MY lack of conservativism when YOU are the one who has attacked our greatest judicial minds calling Justice Marshall a senile old man for his ruling in Barron v Baltimore. And anyone with the belief that our nation was given a Consolidated National Government capable of overriding all state laws by our Founders is not only not conservative but also deluded.
And spare us the Innocent Act when anyone can see your initial post was both insulting and a provocation. Rather than addressing the issue of the thread you preferred to try and start a brawl. "Fight? Not lil ole innocent me."
Accept of course for your anti-conservative stances on quite a few core topics... But I suppose you'd be inclined to over look that.
Ask him to ban you? Isn't that his decision? If he wants you gone, that's his choice.
Marshall was senile and in his Barron ruling proved his anti-Republican sentiment. Over ridging all State laws? Only where the power was specifically defined, as I stated. But feel free to continue to lie about my positions. Asking you not to hasn't slowed you down any.
So, I take it that means you STILL aren't going to address the topic of this thread, still aren't going to prove in any way shape or form how this idiot Representitives legislation has a damn thing to do with conservative principles or logic, and you only want to continue to be my sock puppet...
You "Party over Principle" types are the Number 1 thing wrong with this country.
