The rally is coming together. Please help spread the word and, if possible, help with a contribution. We're still a good deal short of meeting the expenses of sound, on-site EMT, a few porta-potties, some staging equipment and publicity materials.

On the Way!!!!
All those who have never been to DC for Freeper activities, Please try and come on down.
I am coming from Texas because the DC Chapter is a fabulous group of people and Kristinn is a nut (in a great way). Support the Troops and meet some really fabulous people.
Also Try and go to the Friday Night Walter Reed Freep. You'll be glad you did!!!

We were fortunate to get the Sylvan Theatre site.
Now all we need are Freepers and like-minded friends to come to the rally.
Will YOU be there?
To: Leofl
Look at the size of the lawn at the Sylvan Theatre!
There is room enough for everyone to lay out a blanket and enjoy the rally.
In this photo you can see one of the security improvements at the Washington Monument. There is a low retaining wall around the Monument; to stop Jihadis from driving bomb-laden trucks up to the base of the Monument.
For our rally, this low retaining wall makes for a great place for our kids to sit and watch the rally from.
With the gentle slope of the hill facing the Sylvan Theatre, everybody will have a great view of the stage. And the sound system will carry up the hill without difficulty.
After the rally, you can do some sightseeing. Looking at this photo, if you follow the sidewalk (behind my camera), the WWII Memorial, Vietnam Memorial and Korean War Memorial are all just a very short walk away.

Kristinn, Congressman Mike Bilirakis and Congressman Bill Young from Florida are great supporters of our troops ....wonder if they would like to say a few words at the Rally...
To: kristinn
This beautiful flag, a patchwork of squares made by children of Ft. Benning soldiers, will again be the flying on the stage behind our speakers.
