No, he isn't. He's being reprimanded because he broke the rules. Rules he doesn't agree with.

I have two questions for you, timer:

  1. Do you think members of the armed forces should be allowed to decide which regulations they will follow and which they won't?
  2. If this was a Muslim chaplain who had spoken at a political event in uniform, would you support him as well?

Whosoever violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation shalt be be punished as a court-martial may direct. So saith the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Please tell me you are not serious. I cannot believe you do not care about rules. This is not what the Bible intended. I am stunned by your post. I hope you were just being sarcastic.
