My daughter who works in the film industry was treating her Mother (me) to lunch at The Ivy.We were just about to be seated when I heard this loud, famous voice behind me say"Fonda, table for four) demanding to be seated.The host looked at us and I just made a sweeping motion of my hand to indicate let them be seated.I did not do this out of deference to Fonda but I saw no reason to cause a scene!
