I didn't hear his comments, but did here comments about them on the radio this morning. Something about OC officials said he can't may the 4 month residency requirement by next Tuesday's deadline :)
I couldn't tell when he made the comments whether he was being serious or not. But they were funny -- I haven't been able to find a transcript or an audio file, I guess it wasn't "newsy" enough.
