There's already a wiki page about this incident, and it describes him as "blond." Unless he bleached that right quick, that's totally off. He looks Islamic to me as well, but he describes himself as "Indian."

My guess is this killer is American Indian in part. Indians can be tall. Less likely a Hindu (Muzz perhaps) Indian. He does say his heritage is Indian.
