A kolache (also spelled kolace, kolach, or kolacky, from the Czech plural koláèe) is a type of pastry consisting of fillings ranging from fruits to cheeses inside a bread roll. Originally only a sweet dessert from Central Europe, they have become popular in parts of the United States. Love them! I am Polish, Irish and English. You liked the stickies, you'll love these!

I will ask Mr.FF about those. His grandmother had a stepmom who was Polish, who raised her from when she was very small, so she learned how to speak and cook Polish even though she was not Polish.
