Any bogus ''discipline'' titled ''something studies'', is heavy odds to be garbage through and through, and, in a reasonable world, should render the holder of a degree in such ''discipline'' effectively unemployable outside the fast-food industry.

Still waiting for the first lawsuit charging either 'academic fraud' or 'educational malpractice'. I should have thought we'd have seen a bunch of these by now.

I love this thread.
If any of these women sere actually interested in the welfare of the women of this world they would be screaming about the Islamic religion. Muslim men completely dominate and control the women of their religion and yet the feminist movement says absolutely nothing.
What a farce!!!! Women are held in sexual slavery by a religion and not one word is herd from the left. Billy had Monika knee trained and nothing was said.
How can anyone take them seriously?????

It's the whole employability thing that burns me the most about "women's studies" degrees. There are absolutely ZERO jobs in the real world for this. Zero, none, nada. No outfit that creates, builds, invents, designs or otherwise actually does something will every have a job for these people. But, and here's the kick in the nuts (no pun there at all ;-), all sorts of government jobs will be available to these screw ups. In other words, while they are pushing paper in some govt gig that regulates, takes and attenuates, we will get to work for not only our own bread, but theirs too.
