We should expect, then, that all dope smokers were on the honor roll, attended the University of Alabama, and work in the Art or Computer industry. Don't generalize your experience to everyone else. I knew plenty of students in high school who smoked dope and couldn't find a coherent sentence with both hands and assistance from their classroom teacher.
Don't generalize the good experience, but don't generalize the bad one either. Up post, I wrote of 4 in the top 10 of my high school being pot smokers. Many in the bottom quarter were too. Quite a few at both ends of the spectrum drank alcohol. Quite a few at both ends still do.
