Excerpts... Americas newest Muslims arrive in the afternoon crunch at John F. Kennedy International Airport. Their planes land from Dubai, Casablanca and Karachi. They stand in line, clasping documents. They emerge, sometimes hours later, steering their carts toward a flock of relatives,... This was the path for Nur Fatima, a Pakistani woman who moved to Brooklyn six months ago and promptly shed her hijab. Through the same doors walked Nora Elhainy,....Ahmed Youssef, an Egyptian who settled in Jersey City, where he gives the call to prayer at a palatial mosque. I got freedom in this country, said Ms. Fatima, 25. Freedom of everything. Freedom of thought. .... The events of Sept. 11 transformed life for Muslims in the United States, and the flow of immigrants from countries like Egypt, Pakistan and Morocco thinned sharply. But five years later, as the United States wrestles with questions of terrorism, civil liberties and immigration control, Muslims appear to be moving here again in surprising numbers, according to statistics collected by the Department of Homeland Security and the Census Bureau.... ...In 2005, more people from Muslim countries became legal permanent United States residents nearly 96,000 than in any year in the previous two decades. More than 40,000 of them were admitted last year, the highest annual number since the terrorist attacks, according to data on 22 countries provided by the Department of Homeland Security. Many have made the journey unbowed by tales of immigrant hardship, and despite their own opposition to American policy in the Middle East... they still come here because the United States offers what theyre missing at home. ........

We really have some lovely places to blow up.
Turn them around.
Wonderful....winning the war on terror. Thanks for posting this dreadful news. I feel so much better....
The gators down here need to eat.....
I would ask them if they have any intention of attending one of the many Wahhabi mosques. If so, they definitely need to go back home.
I live in the DC area yup, my department at work has 21 people. 5 Mohamads , a Abu a Hasseb 2 Ali's and 5 others I cant pronounce.
"the United States offers what theyre missing at home.
Yeah, like going to dinner for fun, clean drinking water and doctors that don't chant and wave rattles over their patients.
NYT will not see the hypocrisy of their never-ending stories about the "Arab Street" hating us and still moving to this country in droves. There's only two possibilities NYT!
One: The "Arab Street" realizes the freedom of this country trumps their indoctrinated hatred for it.
Or Two: they are infiltrating to pave the way for the Caliphate.
And the NYT's answer is? Three! America's Fault!
The sleeper cells are assembling...
"The sleeper cells are assembling."
And the Democrats are increasing their base.
"The sleeper cells are assembling"
That was my first thought.
All part of the plan! 16,.. 15, ...14 years and counting.......
This would be called, " logic American government style ".You see first you get attacked by people from the Middle East and then you turn around a let more of em in then you ever did in the history of the country. Makes perfect sense to me !!!
Begin the countdown to Sharia!
It is not our job to prove them the "religion of peace", it is their job to prove that they want peace but until then, NO-ENTRY!
That was my first thought.
Mine too.
The sleepers are already here, the ones coming in now are brining the alarm clocks.
Remember those students who went missing awhile back? How many were there, 10 or so (memory fading..50 next month), did not show up for classes at college. They were found, in ones and twos all over the place
Delivering messages, IMO.
SINCE THESE MUSLIMS HATE AMERICA SO MUCH THEN WHY DO THEY WANT TO COME OVER HERE TO LIVE IN THE FIRST PLACE?
WHY DONT THEY JUST STAY IN THEIR BELOVED COUNTRY WITH ALL ITS HARSH SHARIA LAWS ETC, WHY COME OVER HERE AND TRY TO CHANGE OUR COUNTRY TO THEIR WAYS?
