I may get flamed for this, but it's pretty well conceded that was a fabricated scene. Or do you have evidence that most people don't have access to?
My understanding was that the CIA character was a composite, which would imply that all the scenes involving him really happened--just not to the same guy.
There definitely is video available of Clinton giving a speech in which he admits he "had" Bin Laden, but failed to give the order. After he realized how bad this made him look, he backed away from that admission.
