I don't get the left-wing brou-ha-ha. I watched Monday night, and the movie makes the Bush admin. out to be unconcerned about terror, and caught surprised byt 9-11. Condi Rice was protrayed as clueless. Where is the right-wing outcry over this?

We who have followed this for years learned little but that is like saying "I know the story of Othello so there is no need to see the play." Even though I knew all the facts presented and realized there were many just as damning not presented I was still boiling with rage.

You are correct about the direct connection made between the attackers and Islam. They show the prayers, the rituals, the constant "God willing" etc. But also show the many Moslems working with us. These killers have murdered FAR more Moslems than any other religion. Over 100,000 in Algeria alone in the last decade. Zarqari was part of the group which killed Sadat, the president of Eygpt.

I believe it was accurate that Clarke was appointed as Crisis Manager and the VP and Condi would have listened to him as to the immediate course of action.

As for the portrayals of Condi and Cheney, I said on another thread that pretty much anything would be a step up from the monster the media portrays Cheney as. I'm not worried about Condi because anyone with half a brain knows that she's anything but clueless.

Actually, in the interviews I heard with the author, he said the events happened, but sometimes were composites of a few since you can't do each thing in a movie. He of course had to write some dialog here and there, but this was taken from the commission the rats ran! The liars are the Clinton regime.
