Gorelick was the author of the 1995 memo that helped establish what Ashcroft testified was the "single greatest structural cause" for Sept. 11 — "the wall that segregated criminal investigators and intelligence agents."

"Government erected this wall," said Ashcroft. "Government buttressed this wall. And before Sept. 11, government was blinded by this wall."

I wish that, when this issue was written about, the writer would also explain WHY the wall was erected.

It was erected to obstruct the investigation of clinton's criminal actives with the Chinese.

Even though Clarke is presented as one of the few('Path to 9/11') who are actually aware of the real threat UBL poses... he comes across as an over-emotional, loose-cannon with bad 'people-skills'. Not the type of bureaucrat that can win people over in heated meetings.

The other day, I was talking to my Mom about tpt at dinner. She asked me what I thot about tpt, and I said I thought it was damn good, esp for a network show.

She opined that it was terrible, because "it was just a piece to get "sombody" re-elected. "What on earth did they show Bill Clinton for? He had nothing to do with it! And especially, why did they show Monica Lewinsky...she had nothing to do with it!"

I practically fell over.

Then, during last night's show (part 2) I spoke to my last remaining liberal friend and I mentioned I was watching it. "Didn't you hear....didn't you see there was a helicopter flying over those buildings when they were burning?"

Sometimes I feel like I'm diagonally parked in a parallel universe.

I watched Ashcroft say that live during the hearings... it was met by dead silence... and a quick change of topic.

Oh yeah, I can't imagine a helicopter flying in NYC at any time. Sheesh. This week, I had to endure the "It is our obligation as Christians to investigate whether the government was responsible for 9/11". They find these nut sites and turn off their reasonability filters. Of course, we had to endure that here on FR before 2000. People were finding concentration camps all over the country for Clinton's enemies.

How about ABC's PAID ADVISOR Richard Clark who made himself out to be a hero in this made for ABC movie.

I think Richard Clarke should be president.

Due to watching 'The Path to 9/11' movie, I now know that he was much smarter than anyone in either the Clinton or Bush administrations. The only other people that were any good are both dead: Masood and O'Neill. Everyone else is an incompetent coward.

It's very fortunate for ABC that he decided to work for them, what a coup. Maybe they will give him his own show and call it 'Dick Clarke's American Grandstand'.

The end result of the upcoming election is a liberal senator from Connecticut. If the Republicans there would stick with their candidate and let the dem's split on their two, we might just win this one. Instead everyone is being fooled into joining into this parade of fools. If Joe wins the dem's will take him back regardless of what they are saying right now, and Joe will go back to enjoying the same powers he has now, maybe more if they take the senate.

Yes it is a bit curious, he (Panetta) had a really really tough job monitoring bj.

However, the key to me for the exposure or unraveling of the deep dark secrets of Clintonism is behind the hidden wall building of Hillry. President Bush did call her "formidable".

I do not expect us to ever be told of what her role really was cause she probably never got clearance herself for classified intel. As elected Senator it is forever clouded when she knew what.
