I believe you are correct about Clinton kowtowing to our enemies, as did Jimmah Carter. That is why Reagan had to move Heaven and Earth to get our Military,and CIA back up to speed.

Yes - President Reagan saved our nation after Carter's follies and President Bush is trying to save our nation after Clinton's crimes.
