Big bureaucracies don't work any more. That's why border security is going local. Every city small and large is now or should be in the process of providing their own border security, the feds aren't up to it any more.It's very sad but true. Sad? Thats the way it should be. decentralized Govt. Men and Women looking to their own lives and getting busy.

True, but when you have several thousand miles of border fence/wall to build its tough to do one city at a time.
