I got the same impression,does not like powerful women,but he liked the FBI women and Mary Jo White,and a few Others. Has to be a State Dept whiner that assisted in the Screenplay.
The portrayal of the evil Barbara Bodine was accurate. I've seen it written many places that Condoleezza Rice deferred to Clarke to run the meeting, which surprised him, as he had been reassigned. He was up on security more than anyone else, so I don't have any objection to Rice's actions. If they hadn't picked Pres. Palmer's witchy wife to play Condi's role, the actual behavior of Condi came across OK.
