Until the Constitution says that some citizens are less equal then others there is no legal, nor American, way to discriminate against citizens because of the religion they happen to follow.

That is a pity. I am game for a constitutional amendment banning violent Muslims and Devil Worshipers. That should get rid of most Democrats and a large group of people who want to kill peaceful citizens.

So if someone's religion holds that it is a blessed sacrament to kill my kids* I should treat them just the same as everyone else?????

* -a common, though perhaps not majoritarian, Islamic theological position in places like Saudi Arabia, Iran, Pakistan and Afhannistan....
