NO WAY! I've seen this character actor before, and he's nowhere near the same age, demeanor or EVEN TYPE of look of our dear VP. I'm insulted for him with this choice. Th guy looks considerably older than Cheney. He may not be, but he looks it. Lookswise, Clarke and Condi weren't bad casting.

But maybe Daryl Hammonds of Saturday Night Live wasn't available.
(Seriously, he does a "mean" Cheney, but I suspect he could do an

Meh, they did an OK job with the casting IMO. I'm suprised they didn't simply exclude Cheney from the film, the way they excluded Clinton except for a few public video footage shots.
Showing Clinton's real role and lack of interest firsthand would have given America the truth about his failed policy.

I had to read on the screen to see who he was portraying --- not at all close to looking like VP and like you noted, made to look much older.
