No he was not an American Supporter. What made him different is that he in no way supported killing innocent people. He said that it was not the true meaning of jihad. His character name was Ishkak (I know the spelling is wrong).

The irony being, when Ramzi (sp?) was being sentanced to 240 years in confinement akin to a sample of the worst pestilence known to man, his face dropped for a second just like he did in the back seat of the car in Pakistan.

Except he's probably thinkin, oh but for to have spent one hour with the Colonel in Pakistan my life would've ended there. Instead I will have to to endure the smothering kindness of Satan for the rest of my days. Oh, woe be me, I suffer a much crueller fate now.

I'm quite impressed actually with the documentary so far. The special effects are great, the set is awesome, and the acting of these nobody actors that look so much like the characters they're portraying is just wonderful.
