Guy is laying on the ground, with ropes around hand and foot.
Two guys pull the ropes taught, extending the arm and leg.
Guy walks up with what looks like a filet knife and makes a circular motion at the wrist and ankle, severing both hand and foot in about 1 second each.
I imagine that when your "job" is dismembering people you become rather efficient.
