Imagine what the Dems can do to the Benator if they take control of the Senate. He will be so marginalized he won't be able to get anything done.

He can't stand 50 to 1 for another 6 years. They can't get anyone in NE to the left of Nelson so they will do to him within the party what they did to Lieberman at the ballot box.

The Benator really is way to the right of Lieberman. They will do to him what they did to Miller and on the quiet to Breaux. He will have to go along or quit.

Its too bad cause I really do like him. I disagree with him on most issues but he is honest, ethical, is not a name caller or Bush Basher, and I think he really votes for what he thinks is good for the state. I can support those I trust but disagree with. (I can't think of anyone I agree or disagree with 100%) But a vote for the Benator would be a vote for Reid, Hellery, the orca, and "I served in Viet Name" Kerry.
