Rush had a liberal caller on who was saying the standard line that 9-11 was an inside job (blah blah), so I wrote him and told him I was canceling my membership because the liberal callers have become the website parodies and I was no longer paying for what others were getting for free. Here's what he said:
RUSH: Well, listen to this, folks. Just checking the e-mail here during the EIB profit center time-out. Dear Rush -- it's from a website subscriber -- dear Rush: I'm sorry to say that last liberal caller from Philadelphia has convinced me to cancel my 24/7 membership. Rush, I joined 24/7 so I could listen to all the Rush parodies, but when liberal callers become the parodies themselves, and you can hear it on the free side and the radio, why should I pay you to scribe to your website? If you want to keep me as a subscriber, I demand these callers now be limited to 24/7 only. Tell your brother David I said hello. I had the chance to meet him as last year's Washington, DC, troop rally. Signed, Kevin Martin. You know, that's a good point. I hadn't even thought of that. It is -- it is getting tougher to parody these people, because the way they're acting is funnier than we can write it. But, man, I appreciate the marketing help there.

If they go out of their way to bash Bush, which I think we would have heard about by now, that will backfire on them big-time.
If they try the dumb cowboy routine, that'll backfire, too. W has pretty much proved that it's good to be a cowboy and cowboys ain't dumb.

Everybody knows that while *something* important was going on---whether it was getting the bad guys or what---The Sinkmeister was fighting for his political life, even going before the cameras to lie to the American people, "I did not have sexual relations with that woman . . . Ms. Lewinsky .. ."

Exactly---increase our majority to a comfortable margin, then start whacking the RINO weeds.

I agree with you 100%---gotta go with Lieberman. For a variety of reasons.
Not the least of which is a Lieberman victory would face-slap the moonbat left and make MRS BILL CLINTON quake in her considerable knees.
There's the Hildebeast equivalent of Skeery's "I voted for the $87B before I voted against it" in there somewhere if Lieberman wins. Something like "I was for the war like Joe is before I was against the war like Ned was."

Especially when Cheney speaks off mike, giving us such delicacies for the lexicon as "Clymer."

Yeah, I was waiting for Bush to unload on Matt with both barrels. But Bush let him have it, nevertheless.

Didn't this remind of the Paul Shanklin routine where Larry King is interviewing Ken Starr and he keeps asking him stuff such as "Isn't it true that space aliens say you're just out to get the President . . . we'll be right back after this important break."

You have to tell your co-worker "hush, listen, learn, chit chat later" next time. :) More politely then that probably. :)

Yes, Cheney is a gold mine everytime he speaks. He's more well liked and respected then the Democrats will EVER admit. But they know it. :)
