Sounds to me like the Pakis have sceeded the former Paki territory bordering on Afghanistan to the locals. Sounds like it has become a free "trade" zone. We should see what they may have to trade for leaving them alone too.
If Pakistan has abandoned that territory completely, then we can go in there, right?
