I'm watching here on the east coast and have viewed all 6 cut scenes on on youtube today. So far, all those scenes were left in, will view them again later to try and figure what exactly they cut. If anyone else can't point to the cuts, let me know.

I think they cut out Tenet ?? hanging up the phone n the UBL capture segment .

The Northern Alliance/ "Kirk" plan was trimmed a bit and made to imply that it wasn't as certain as it was. (And I think that Berger's wiggling was made vaguer).
