The overlay of Clinton saying "I never had sex with that woman" and then later in the show retracting his denial was devastating in the context of terrorists trying to kill as many Americans as possible. Clinton comes off as a petty pathetic excuse for a national leader. The movie is devastating--not because of any one scene or scenes--but in its overall portrayal of an administration in disarray when American (and other innocent) lives were endangered and lost.

I agree with your post, but I came away feeling it was Clintons missle strike on the aspirin factory that did some of the most damage to the "Billary" administration. You can just see how that one, singular, cowardly act, just set the Muslim world on fire. The scenes of riots, burning US flags that went on in the film for several minutes right afterwards, really knocked that point home like a driven nail in a 2x4. That missle strike was a tremendous error. Putting troops in harms way is the most difficult decision a President will ever face, but a good President must be prepared to make that decision. This is why William Jefferson Blythe should have done the right thing and resigned! When you disgrace your office, and you are so distracted you can't do the job right, you must care more for your country than for your own stupid so-called legacy.
