Bill Clinton is the same Cork Soaker who ran the White House like a frat house dorking fat interns at every turn. Pizza and beer parties were his priorties while goat humping terrorists sat in caves planning 911 and mass murder. I don't approve of the blame game but this was NOT Bush's fault after eight months in office.
