A perfect example of why we cannot fight the war on terror as if we were chasing a bunch of bank robbers. This is war. When you KNOW someone wants to commit crimes against AMERICA (as opposed to the First Nat'l Bank), you do a preemptive strike and knock out your enemy before he can strike you. It's a military thing.
