Khathami speech/propaganda spew at Harvard

Posted on 09/10/2006 2:57:42 PM PDT by SegerSkriv

Anyone see khatami speak at harvard on C-Span? I don't even know where to start. What a propaganda fest. The students did ask some hard questions, only to be answered with a non-answer and propaganda. It reminded me of those little toy animals you had as a kid with a pull string that said 4 or 5 different things. Pull the khatami bear! Pull it! Pull over and over again to hear the same thing over and over again! Harvard is really reaching in the bottom of the toilet these days....

how many times did he say "We will bury you"?

Was Kerry in the audience? Teresa probably sponsored it...."Heinz Foundation"

Funny you should ask; I swtiched over to cspan in hopes of finding the 9/11 memorial service live...and was stunned to see that cspan's priorities were Khatami over 9/11 memorials.

This is what I posted earlier on my you know what with regards to this...I could write for hours about this whole thing...

What is there to say about the useful idiots at Harvard.

- No ROTC on campus because of 'don't ask don't tell' policy, but they invite an Islamic extremist/terrorist to speak with open arms. An extremist who belongs to a regime that has hung or stoned to death homosexuals.

- They allow an Islamic extremist/terrorist who is part of a regime that is assisting the extremists in Iraq kill American servicemen.

- Part of the student body and the faculty who protest people like Ronald Reagan for being invited to speak at Harvard, but with open arms allow an Islamic extremist/terrorist who has the blood of Americans on his hands.

- Harvard allows an Islamic extremist/terrorist to openly speak in a society that he vows to destroy, has openly said so, and is part of a regime who executes people for speaking openly.

- Harvard allows an Islamic extremist/terrorist who denies the holocaust while openly supporting the destruction of Israel.

So I'm guessing the liberal/useful idiot argument will be that it would be great to hear him and his opinions to have an "open" dialogue.

What steaming load of you know what. There will no "open dialogue", only propaganda, because I guarantee you it will be a softball of a 'dialogue' at the school. It will be like a little child with those teddy bears with a pull string. The child will pull the string, it will say one of four or five things.

So pull the little Khatami bear's string, and get the four or five answers of your 'Open Dialogue' and your bullcrap mutual understanding. He'll be laughing at you under his breath because he just used you as a propaganda weapon.

So then the other useful idiot argument will be that maybe you can get some information out of him, since being a 'moderate', he would do so. Being a moderate in Iran is that you only hang 14 year old girls for wearing nail polish or showing to much leg instead of stoning them to death. Like the 'world' communities 'negotiations' and 'talks' with the tyrants that rule Iran, you will get no information or understanding from him. He will only make a mockery of you with propaganda.

What a shame. This is why my kids will never attend harvard. Gone are the days of any respect or living up to the reputation that once was.

Prediction: Softball 'dialogue', speech, or whatever the hell they are having. The student body will probably will be more civil than they would if the President showed up to speak.

Hats off to Gov. Mitt Romney for not wasting taxpayer money.

But the Mayor, Mumbles Menino will waste state taxpayer money. Mumbles gets a whopping $382 million per year from the state and guess who can't find the money to keep the streets plowed in the winter?

Big time liberal Alan Dershowitz surprised me by being outraged that Khatami gets an invitation, but David Duke doesn't, when they both espouse despicable views.

Ha ha. That's just how the Democrats speak. Did you see Tim Russert on Meet the Press this morning, with Dick Cheney? No matter what Cheney said, Russert just kept repeating the same question over and over. Cheney was getting very exasperated.

Good question to ask Russert: which would you rather be, dumber than you look or look dumber than you are?
Russert: [answer]
Questioner's response: That's impossible.
