I went back and read post #590. I thought the limitations statement was a quote from the 911 commission.

That's the genius. They used an appropriate quote from the commission as their disclaimer. Talk about diffusing criticism from the Dems. I can just see the Libs saying "Oh, yeah sure" when they first see the disclaimer and then shutting their traps when a second or two later the attribution of the quote to the 9/11 commission appears below.
