The sad part is that Clinton and that administration was putting out ARREST WARRANTS instead of going for the kill. Big mistake.
Clinton treated all the terrorist attacks as law enforcement problems.
Speaking of law enforcement:
Clinton's federal indictment of OBL cites in the last paragraph of the indict that OBL agrees not to attack Iraq in exchange for WMD training. So much for no relationship between Saddam/OBL.
