I think that even Clinton knows what everyone in this country never says. He blew it. He has to live with it and his protestations to the contrary cannot change the facts. President Bush was on the job only 7 months and a couple of weeks. Hardly his fault. Also it has been forgotten that the Clinton WH was not very forthcoming with information to the new Administration. They were to busy, stealing things, defacing property and otherwise acting like children.

Don't forget that due to the Gore legal challenges regarding the FL electoral votes, a lot of handoff activities that should have started in early November 2000, didn't start until 1/20/2001. Thank you, Al Gore.

I have been screaming this out ever since that farce of a commission issued the report. I will say that there are some gems in the report.

Still, President Bush's administration did the best they could. The cabinet was not totally in place at the time. What can they do only 7-8 months into the administration. They had to operate in the blind in my opinion.

Also, the american people are also responsible for keeping their heads in the sand as well. Clinton would have had every american on his side if he did the right thing in 93.
