What a strange situation: the people who actually understand the disclaimer are the people who know the facts as presented are more or less true. They're trying to tone it down for the Dems by warning their constituency, a group of people who won't understand the disclaimer. An odd irony.

Can you imagine how fast they have to move their lips in order to read the disclaimer.

The disclaimers were genius. The second one was something like:

In an effort to tell the story we touch on many different events. We recognize our limitations

It appears that this is a disclaimer about the movie but after a second or so, "The 9/11 Commission" appears below the quote and one realizes that it is a quote from them about their report.

Same with the first disclaimer about assigning blame.
