Andrew Cuomo was Clinton's HUD secretary. He was ineffective and if I recall correctly, an employee filed a sexual harrassment suit again him while he was in office. There was alot of missing money in the HUD treasury during Cuomo's term if I remember right.
A good friend worked with Cuomo... he said he was the worse HUD secretary ever, he left.
