Liberalism is a disease, not easily cured.
It's just not logical to support the people who want with every fiber of their being to take away what you worked so hard to build when the other party believes in your right to build it AND keep it. It's one thing to want to give away what you built to anyone you please, but not to have the government decide it for you and that is a huge reason to stay away from the dims.
