I think it's to easy to make Tenet the scapegoat, there is more then enough blame to go around.
Tenet deserves everything he gets. He is not a scapegoat, but a central player in the failure of our intelligence community to get it right. If he had any integrity and sense of honor, he would have handed in his resignation after 9/11.
