WOOT - there it was!
They edited out the entire scene with Masood and the US agent with infrared vision, ready to attack and awaiting orders. It really took the suspense and urgency out of the scene. Frankly it didn't really make much sense without that context, and greatly weakens the film. Terrible. ABC, shame on you!
