I've always harbored a theory that, in striking at the Trade Center (which seemed to obsess the Muslims), the terrorists were acting out a case of penis envy writ large. Those two towering buildings, ever-present reminders of Islam's Freudian inadequacy, had to be destroyed to emasculate the superior culture.
