I have read this before, and it is a good analysis of the pathopsychology in islam. I think he sums it up beautifully in his first paragraph.

His "Road to Jenin" was the first to really expose the 'Pallywood' (ie news creation) phenomenon that got so much recent attention in the Lebanon war.
Very few can doubt that Islam is a very sick culture. The question is what can we do about it? When faced with its worst adherents who directly threaten us, we kill them. That's totally understandable from a perspective of self preservation. But what about the rest?
Much like the job we did in educating the USSR's population it's going to be a very long process. Check back in about 2050.
